From the St. John's Metro Region, you head South on Route 10. You will pass the communities of Goulds, Bay Bulls, Witless Bay, Mobile, Tors Cove, Bauline East, and LaManche. Brigus South is denoted by a sign on your right and is a left hand turn, about 45-55 minutes from St. John's. The cottage is a brown single story dwelling on your left, and backs on to a pond. If you go past the red A-frame on the left you've gone one property too far!
